We do not publish a fixed rate card, because the figure depends on the nature of the work, the number of officers, the duration and the conditions on site. We prepare a quotation after consulting with you and assessing those conditions.

The main factors are:

• Number of officers and their grade — general officer, team leader, specialist
• Hours of work, including nights and public holidays
• Contract length — a single event or a standing deployment
• Whether equipment or vehicles are required

Sometimes, but it depends on the officers available at the time. If the matter is urgent, please call 1544-4425 first and we will confirm immediately whether we can deploy.

That said, thorough reconnaissance and planning are what make protection work reliable, so we recommend contacting us as soon as your dates are settled.

There is no set minimum. We contract for anything from a single day's event protection to a standing deployment.

Short and long engagements are priced differently, so please tell us your expected duration when you enquire.

Depending on the location and the size of the team, travel and accommodation costs may apply. These are included in the quotation so there are no surprises.

Every officer we deploy has completed the initial and in-service training required under the Security Services Industry Act. We add training in protective martial arts and first aid, and assign a certified security instructor as team leader where the work calls for it.

We ran the Security Officer Training Project hosted by the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education, and train personnel under industry–academia agreements with Jeonnam Provincial Namdo University, Woosuk University, Jaeneung University, Kwandong University and Youngdong University.

More than 100 organisations, including public institutions, universities, hospitals, broadcasters and major corporations. Among them are the Ministry of National Defense, the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education and the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family; broadcasters KBS, SBS and MBC; and companies such as Hyundai E&C, Doosan E&C and Kolon.

We carry the liability for damages set out in the Security Services Industry Act, and the scope and procedure for compensation are put in writing when the contract is signed.

Our priority, though, is that no incident occurs at all — every deployment begins with a site survey and a review of the risks.

How payment is split between deposit and balance varies with the contract, and we set this out when the agreement is made.

Your identity and the nature of the work are covered by confidentiality under the contract. Even the officers deployed receive only the information they need to carry out the assignment.

Posts on the Online Inquiry board are automatically registered as private — only the author and an administrator can read them, and they are excluded from search engine indexing.
